By accessing or using ShopLocal.email (the “Service”), operated by Just For Fun Software Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using ShopLocal.email, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Registration: To redeem deals, you must provide a valid name and email address and create an account.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
4. Use of the Service
- You may browse and redeem local deals (“Offers”) from participating merchants.
- Each Offer is subject to its own terms, expiration date, and redemption rules set by the merchant.
- Offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed.
5. Merchant Relationships
We act solely as a facilitator between you and the merchants. Each merchant is an independent third party responsible for honoring their Offers. We do not guarantee merchant performance.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or servers.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on ShopLocal.email are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- As-Is: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Disclaimer: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to $100 USD.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just For Fun Software Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates at this location. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just For Fun Software Limited regarding the Service.
